Abstract:
A pouch type battery case according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a cup portion in which an electrode assembly formed by a stack of electrodes and separators is received, wherein the cup portion includes a plurality of punched edges connecting a plurality of outer walls therearound to the bottom portion respectively, and at least one of the punched edges is rounded with a radius of curvature of 1 mm or less.
