Abstract:

To solve the above problem, a pouch type secondary battery according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an electrode assembly formed by a stack of electrodes and separators; and a pouch type battery case having a cup portion in which the electrode assembly is received, wherein the difference between the width of the cup portion and the width of the electrode assembly is 2.5 mm or less.
