Abstract:
Provided are: a powder coating material whereby a cured film having a two-layer structure comprising a cured resin layer and a fluororesin layer can be formed in a single coat, the cured film having excellent weather resistance, and the fluororesin layer resisting peeling for a long time; a coated article; and a method for manufacturing the powder coating material and coated article. A powder coating material including a powder (X) comprising a composition (α) including a fluororesin (A) and a UV absorber (B), and a powder (Y) comprising a composition (β) including a thermosetting resin (C) other than the fluororesin, a curing agent (D), and an optical stabilizer (E).
