Abstract:

A powder coating characterized in that pigment particles are bonded to a base coating powder through shellac. The powder coating exhibits the strong and uniform bonding of pigment particles to the base coating powder thereof and also can provides a coating film exhibiting excellent designability, due to the action and effect of shellac. The powder coating is free from the separation between pigment particles and a base coating power, which are components thereof, exhibits good application workability, and can provide a coating film which has a smooth surface, is excellent in designability and exhibits high resistance to water, and further, is excellent in productivity and economy, since the powder coating having not been adhered to an article to be coated can be recycled and reused.
