Abstract:
Provided is a powder composed of calcium-titanium composite oxide particles having a small particle diameter and a small specific surface area. The calcium-titanium composite oxide having an average primary particle diameter of 100 nm or less and a BET specific surface area Y (m2/g) of 1650/X or less with respect to the average primary particle diameter X (nm) is obtained by mixing titanium with a larger substance amount of calcium and then firing at a high temperature.
