Abstract:
A powder roller press capable of thoroughly crushing, comprising: a base (1), wherein a material conveying track (2) is provided on the base (1); press rollers (3) are provided above the material conveying track (2); the number of press rollers is two, and the press rollers are horizontally arranged; power motors (4) are provided on the base (1); transmission gears (5) are provided at two ends of the press rollers (3); the power motors (4) are connected to the transmission gears (5) by means of transmission chains (6); the power motors (4) drive the press rollers (3) to rotate; a feeding hopper (7) is provided above the press rollers (3); a filter screen (8) is provided at the lower end of the feeding hopper (7); telescopic air cylinders (9) are provided at two ends of the filter screen (8); the filter screen (8) is driven to shake by means of repeated extending and retracting of the telescopic air cylinders (9); a discharging chute (10) is provided on one side of the filter screen (8); a crushing box (11) is provided at the lower end of the discharging chute (10); a crushing mill (12) is provided in the crushing box (11); and powder exceeding the standard is subjected to secondary grinding by means of the crushing mill (12). Hence, feeding and selecting can be simultaneously performed, so that the working efficiency is improved, and raw materials having a large particle size are conveyed into the crushing box (11) to be crushed, so that the problem of increased device vibration due to large raw material particle size is avoided.
