Abstract:
Disclosed is a powdery primer-and-intermediate-in-one coating for wheel hub use, the coating comprising a matrix powdery coating and an effect powder coating that are mixed as a whole, wherein the matrix powdery coating comprises a polyester resin having an acid value of not greater than 60 mgKOH/g and a hydroxyalkylamide used for curing the polyester resin, and the effect powder coating comprises an effect pigment, and at least part of the effect pigment is coated with a transparent powdery coating. The present invention further relates to a primer-and-intermediate-in-one coating layer regarding the application of the powdery primer-and-intermediate-in-one coating for wheel hub use and to an automobile wheel hub. The powdery primer-and-intermediate-in-one coating for wheel hub use is sprayed on a wheel hub and subjected to a curing molding process to obtain a primer-and-intermediate-in-one coating layer, and the primer-and-intermediate-in-one coating layer is sprayed with a curing transparent powder coating layer to obtain a glazing transparent coating layer. The present invention directly replaces a double-coating solution regarding primer coating combined with painting in the prior art by proposing an innovative mono-coating-layer solution regarding curing and molding a powdery coating. The present invention achieves a good surface coating decorative effect while satisfying automobile wheel hub testing standard requirements.
