Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a first distributor that distributes input signals into first input signals and second input signals; an amplification circuit that includes a pair of amplifiers electrically connected in parallel, amplifies the first input signals and outputs output signals to an output terminal; a control amplifier that amplifies the second input signals and outputs, to the amplification circuit, control signals that control the load impedance of the amplification circuit; and a first impedance matching unit that includes a transmission line transformer electrically connected in series between the amplification circuit and the control amplifier.
