Abstract:
A power amplification circuit that comprises: a distributor that divides input signals into a first signal and a second signal; a first carrier amplifier that amplifies the first signal and outputs same as a first amplified signal; a first peak amplifier that, when the power level of the second signal is at least a prescribed power level, amplifies the second signal and outputs a second amplified signal; and a synthesizer that synthesizes the first amplified signal and the second amplified signal. The first carrier amplifier and the first peak amplifier are provided on the same semiconductor substrate.
