Abstract:
A power amplifier, comprising: a first-stage amplification circuit (11), a second-stage amplification circuit (12) connected to an output end of the first-stage amplification circuit (11), and a third-stage amplification circuit (13) connected to an output end of the second-stage amplification circuit (12). The first-stage amplification circuit (11) comprises: a first triode (Q1), a first inductor (L1) connected to an emitter of the first triode (Q1), a second inductor (L2) connected to a collector of the first triode (Q1), a first capacitor (C1) connected in series to the second inductor (L2), and a first variable capacitor (VC1) connected in series to the first capacitor (C1); a base of the first triode (Q1) is connected to an input matching circuit and a first bias circuit (Bias1); an input end of the second inductor (L2) is connected to a power supply (VCC); and the first inductor (L1) and the first variable capacitor (VC1) are grounded. The power amplifier can improve the stray effect.
