Abstract:
The present application discloses a power backup device and a control method therefor, and a storage medium. The control method is applied to the power backup device. The power backup device comprises a battery pack and an upper computer, the battery pack comprises a plurality of battery units connected in parallel, and the upper computer is electrically connected to the battery pack. The upper computer is configured to select at least one battery unit from the plurality of battery units as a main battery and the remaining battery units as slave batteries when the power backup device only discharges, and control the main battery to discharge and the slave batteries to sleep. On this basis, when the power backup device only discharges, the upper computer selects the main battery and the slave batteries from the plurality of battery units connected in parallel (S401), and a power backup solution of controlling the main battery to discharge (S402) and the slave batteries to sleep (S403) by means of the upper computer is used.
