Abstract:
A power branch system for driving multiple motors by a single servo driver, in
which each motor is protected from an overload. The power branch system has a power
line (15) branched off in the middle and interconnecting the single servo diver
(12) and the multiple motors (5), electric current sensors (21) provided on power
lines (15b) after the branching of the power line (15) and detecting a current
value supplied to each of the motors (5), and control means (22) for taking in the
current value data detected by each of the electric current sensors (21), determining
whether the detected current values are out of balance, and issuing an alarmsignal
when the current values are out of balance.
