Abstract:
A power consumption management system is provided with a main unit connected to a power line, a breaker that is electrically connected to the main unit and limits the current supplied to a load to a predetermined set value, and a sensor unit having a current sensor and a signal processing unit. The current sensor measures the current supplied from the main unit to the breaker and outputs a current detection signal in accordance with the measured current. The signal processing unit receives the current detection signal over a specified time, determines the range of the signal level from the received current detection signal, and adjusts the input range of the current detection signal in accordance with the determination result.
