Abstract:
A power consumption pattern extraction device according to one embodiment is characterized by having: an input means for inputting the total power consumption amount at each prescribed time during a prescribed interval of a group of users which consumes power; a matrix generation means for generating a total power consumption matrix in which the total power consumption amount inputted by the input means is set as an element and a pre-set unit is set for the rows and columns; an analysis means for generating a first factor matrix configured from a pre-set base number of base vectors and a second factor matrix configured from a coefficient of said base vectors by subjecting the total power consumption matrix generated by the matrix generation means to non-negative matrix factorization; and an extraction means for extracting the base number of power consumption patterns and the proportion of users consuming power in the power consumption patterns from the first and second factor matrices generated by the analysis means.
