Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a power control device capable of performing an appropriate control according to the circumstances of the power control device itself and an electronic device of a power supply destination. The power control device according to the present invention is provided with an external interface connectable to an electronic device, and can supply, to the electronic device via the external interface, power generated by an environment power generation device that generates power according to the external environment. The power control device is provided with: a first current detection unit which detects output current from the external interface; a voltage detection unit which detects input voltage from the environment power generation device; and a switching control unit which, when the output current is less than or equal to a first threshold, continues power supply to the electronic device if the input voltage is greater than a second threshold and stops power supply to the electronic device if the input voltage is less than or equal to the second threshold.
