Abstract:
This invention is applied to a vehicle on which at least either one of a single first in-vehicle device (24) and a plurality of second in-vehicle devices (20, 22) is mounted, said first in-vehicle device carrying out at least one first function necessary for the traveling and stopping of a vehicle, said second in-vehicle devices carrying out at least one second function necessary for the traveling and stopping of the vehicle. The first in-vehicle device is connected at least to two power lines (200, 202), and the second in-vehicle devices carrying out the second function are split in at least two and connected to the different power lines (200, 202). When detecting that an electrical defect occurs in any of a plurality of power supply systems (210, 212), a power control device (130) turns off a switch (160, 162, 270) connecting a power supply system in which a failure has been detected and another power supply system.
