A power conversion device according to the present disclosure comprises first and second components, and a plurality of pairs of fitting members each including a male and a female fitting member. A pair of alignment keys are formed respectively on each of the first and second components. The male fitting members have an insertion part. The female fitting members have first and second gripping parts arranged facing each other. In each of the plurality of pairs of fitting members, the male and female fitting members are arranged on each of the first and second components with each of the pair of alignment keys as reference positions. The first and second components, in a state with the pair of alignment keys positionally aligned, are joined by the female fitting member gripping the insertion part inserted between the first and second gripping parts in each of the plurality of pairs of fitting members.
