Abstract:
Provided is a power conversion device having a first multi-phase inverter and a second multi-phase inverter which receive the supply of a DC voltage Vdc output from a DC power supply and perform power conversion to output an AC voltage. When the frequency of PWM signals output by the first multi-phase inverter and the second multi-phase inverter is denoted by fc and the lower limit frequency of a noise specification to which the power conversion device should conform is denoted by fr, noise in the frequency band of the noise specification is suppressed by setting the absolute value of a differential voltage that is the difference between a first average voltage and a second average voltage to less than or equal to k2⋅fc/fr⋅Vdc [V] (k2 is an odd number of 1 or more), said first average voltage being an average value of each phase of a first voltage command that is the command value of an AC voltage output by the first multi-phase inverter, said second average voltage being an average value of each phase of a second voltage command that is the command value of the AC voltage output by the second multi-phase inverter.
