Abstract:
The present invention discloses a power conversion device and a power conversion system capable of reliably suppressing power fluctuation in accordance with SOC. The power conversion device (101) controls the charging and discharging of a storage battery (106) and is provided with a power converter (102) interconnected to a power system (104). The power converter outputs the power from the storage battery to the power system and charges the storage battery with the power input from the power system. The power converter charges or discharges, in accordance with the state of charge of the storage battery, the storage battery with respect to one of the increased and decreased amounts of a system frequency and does not charge and discharge the storage battery with respect to the other of the increased and decreased amounts of the system frequency.
