Abstract:
The present invention has an internal power supply switch configured from an n-channel MOSFET, and a bias power supply switch connected in parallel to the internal power supply switch. At launch, when the output voltage of an internal power supply circuit is equal to or greater than a prescribed voltage value, the bias power supply switch allows conduction by a current path, the internal power supply switch allows conduction by the current path, and a boosting power supply circuit performs a boost output of a prescribed voltage on the basis of a power supply launch signal outputted by the internal power supply circuit. At stoppage, the internal power supply switch cuts off the current path and the boosting power supply circuit is stopped on the basis of a stop signal outputted by the internal power supply circuit, and the bias power supply switch cuts off the current path when the output voltage of the internal power supply circuit falls below the prescribed voltage value.
