Abstract:
A first bridge circuit (10) includes a first leg (10A) and a second leg (10B). The first leg (10A) includes an upper arm (10UA) and a lower arm (10LA). The upper arm (10UA) includes: a plurality of switching elements (Q11P, Q11N) connected in series; a plurality of reflux diodes (D11P, D11N) respectively connected in a reverse-parallel manner to the plurality of switching elements (Q11P, Q11N); and a plurality of snubber capacitors (CS11P, CS11N) respectively connected in parallel to the plurality of switching elements (Q11P, Q11N). A control circuit (10) controls first and second bridge circuits (10, 20) so that in each of the first and second bridge circuits (10, 20), a deadtime period is provided between the turn-on period of the upper arm and the turn-on period of the lower arm included in each of the first and second legs.
