Abstract:
The present invention reduces the inductance of a noise filter circuit and obtains a high output performance. Positive/negative-electrode power side conductors each have a first conductor portion and a second conductor portion which are constituted by a side surface and a principal surface having a larger area than the side surface. The first conductor portion of each of the positive/negative-electrode power side conductors is disposed on one surface of the base portion of a resin member with an insulating member interposed therebetween. The second conductor portions on the positive/negative-electrode sides of the respective positive/negative-electrode power side conductors pass through a core member with the principal surfaces facing each other. The width of a part of the first conductor portion making contact with the insulating member, in a direction orthogonal to a direction toward which current flows, is formed to be larger than the width of a part of the second conductor portion disposed in the core member, in a direction orthogonal to a direction toward which current flows.
