Abstract:
The present invention is configured such that heat of a busbar (3a), which generates heat, radiates to a cooler (2) via a heat spreader (2a), and is imparted with dustproofness as a result of the space between the heat spreader (2a) and the busbar (3a) being filled with a heat-radiating compound (4) and a labyrinth structure being formed on the outer periphery of a component (5) that needs to be dustproof. The labyrinth structure is formed such that a first rib (2b) of the cooler (2) is provided so as to surround the component (5), and a second rib (3b) of a resin mold 3 covering the component (5) also surrounds the component (5). Furthermore, a first rib interruption site (2c), which is a site of a partial interruption without a rib, is provided to the first rib (2b), and the heat spreader (2a) and the filler (4) are disposed at the first rib interruption site (2c) so as to achieve both cooling and dustproofing.
