Abstract:
A power conversion device (1) comprises: a first switch (SW1); a second switch (SW2); a first inductor (L1); a first current-sensing circuit (11) that senses a current flowing through the first inductor (L1); and a first resonance period detection circuit (21) that detects the resonance period of a first resonance phenomenon generated by switching operations of the first switch (SW1) and the second switch (SW2). The first resonance phenomenon is generated by the energy of the first inductor (L1) accumulated during a first energy application period. The first resonance period detection circuit (21) detects the resonance period of the first resonance phenomenon on the basis of the results of a comparison between a reference voltage and the voltage generated from the resonant current flowing through the first inductor (L1) due to the first resonance phenomenon, the two voltages having been sensed by the first current-sensing circuit (11).
