Abstract:
A power converter (1) includes a plurality of semiconductor modules (2), a smoothing capacitor (3), and a housing (5) accommodating the semiconductor modules (2) and the smoothing capacitor (3). The power converter (1) includes a conductive inner shield layer (51a) provided so as to cover the inner surface of the housing (5). The power converter (1) includes a collar member (8) provided integrally with the housing (5) in order to fix the housing (5) to an installation base (13) on the vehicle side by using a fixture (12). The collar member (8) is conductive, and the fixture (12) can be inserted through the collar member (8). The collar member (8) and the inner shield layer (51a) are conductively coupled.
