Abstract:
Disclosed is a power distribution network mobile energy storage configuration method based on the Fourier-Legendre series. The method comprises the following steps: calculating feasible domains of an active power output and a reactive power output of a photovoltaic inverter; establishing an energy reservation model that takes a photovoltaic prediction uncertainty into consideration; establishing, on the basis of the Fourier-Legendre series, an energy state polynomial of mobile energy storage; establishing a mobile energy storage transportation model that takes the truck transportation time and blocking delays into consideration; calculating peak, valley and shoulder periods and establishing a corresponding load response model that takes price demands into consideration; establishing a power distribution network optimization model in which the photovoltaic inverter and the mobile energy storage cooperate; and solving the power distribution network optimization model to obtain a configuration scheme for the position and the capacity of the mobile energy storage and a scheduling scheme for the photovoltaic inverter. According to the present invention, a continuous charging and discharging model for mobile energy storage is constructed, the energy states of the energy storage on different time scales can be accurately and effectively simulated, and optimal configuration capacities of the mobile energy storage and optimal network access positions at different moments can be determined, thereby solving the problem of safe and economic operation of a power distribution network including a high percentage of photovoltaic power.
