Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to decrease operation noise in a power- door opening and closing device. The present invention is equipped with a casing (12), a motor (5) attached to the casing (12), a planetary gear (6) that is housed in the casing (12) and decelerates the rotation of the motor (5), and an output arm (9) that causes a door (2) to open and close by transmitting the decelerated rotation output from the planetary gear (6) to the door (2). The planetary gear (6) has a sun gear wheel (62) that rotates together with a rotating shaft (52) of the motor (5), a planetary carrier (61) that is fixed within the casing (12), a planetary gear wheel (63) that is rotatably supported on the planetary carrier (61) and meshes with the sun gear wheel (62), and a ring gear wheel (64) that is rotatably supported within the casing (12) and meshes with the planetary gear wheel (63), and is configured so that the sun gear wheel (62) is supported at both end sections.
