Abstract:
A power emergency command system, comprising: a data acquisition module (1), an emergency preparation module (2), a monitoring and warning module (3), and an emergency disposal and rescue module (4). The data acquisition module (1) is configured to acquire electrical grid data information, disaster information, important activity schedule information, and emergency basic information. The emergency preparation module (2) is configured to perform structured decomposition on a text plan according to the electrical grid data information, the disaster information, and the emergency basic information, generate an emergency plan, and perform training and exercise according to the emergency plan. The monitoring and warning module (3) is configured to create an emergency warning event according to the disaster information. The emergency disposal and rescue module (4) is configured to perform emergency disposal and rescue according to the current emergency warning event and a corresponding emergency plan.
