Abstract:
Disclosed is a power and free chain lifting appliance in a water-based paint electrophoresis powder spraying assembly line. The lifting appliance comprises two first lifting appliances, which are arranged one behind the other, and a secondary load beam (5) at the lower portion, the front portion and the rear portion of the secondary load beam being respectively connected to the two first lifting appliances. A lifting appliance beam (3) is further arranged at the lower portion of the secondary load beam, a plurality of hanging chains (35) are arranged at the lower end of the lifting appliance beam; two T-shaped connecting members (33) are further arranged at the upper end of the lifting appliance beam, and slots are provided in two ends of the secondary load beam; and the T-shaped connecting members match the slots. The plurality of hanging chains are arranged on the lifting appliance beam, such that a worker can lift a plurality of parts to be sprayed on the lifting appliance beam, and the number of the parts to be sprayed which can be lifted by the lifting appliance is increased. The secondary load beam and the lifting appliance beam are connected to the slots by means of the T-shaped connecting members, the lifting appliance beam and the secondary load beam can be separated or connected, the lifting appliance beam and the parts to be sprayed on the lifting appliance beam are installed on the secondary load beam in the manner of forming a whole, such that the operation difficulty for a worker can be reduced.
