Abstract:
Provided is a power generation device 10, etc., for efficiently generating electric power even using weak input mechanical energy. The power generation device comprises permanent magnets m having magnetic poles that form pairs in the direction of a rotational axis r, and a coil C wound about at least one radial axis r2 oriented outward from the rotational axis r. The plurality of permanent magnets m are disposed with prescribed spacing therebetween along a circumferential direction and are disposed radially with respect to the rotational axis r1.
