Abstract:
The power generation element disclosed in the present specification is characterized by being provided with a magnetostriction portion including a magnetostriction material, a magnetic portion, a part of the surface of which is fixed to the magnetostriction portion and which includes a magnetic material, a coil including a part of either the magnetostriction portion or the magnetic portion, and a magnet portion including a magnet fixed to the magnetostriction portion, wherein the magnetic portion is magnetically connected in parallel with the magnetostriction portion and fixed to the magnetostriction portion so as to have an air gap magnetically connected in series with the magnetic portion between the magnetostriction portion and the magnetic portion.
