Abstract:
[Problem] To ensure that a frequency disturbance is not generated in a power grid due to fluctuation in power generated by a distributed power source, while linking with a stabilization device for a power grid that is actually operating. [Solution] A system in which the fluctuating total amount of generated power of a distributed power source 20 is measured by a communication line 40, and a specific load 13, such as an electric water heater for which the ultimate functionality is not lost even when the output fluctuates, is controlled via the communication line 40 so as not to influence the conventional frequency control of a power grid, and integrated control is carried out accordingly by a power measurement/control device 30 so as to absorb fluctuation, thereby avoiding the influence of fluctuating power, said system being characterized in that when the turning on/off of the specific load 13 is carried out by a time-division, triangular wave comparison PWM control, the phase of the triangular wave of each load 13 is delayed by an angle obtained by dividing 360° by the number of the loads 13.
