Abstract:
The present invention relates to a power management system and, more particularly, to a power management system for a hybrid ship, the system being capable of efficiently managing fuel cell driving of the hybrid ship, which uses both a fuel cell and a battery. According to a power management system of the present invention, surplus power remaining after power is supplied to a motor from power generated by a fuel cell can be charged in a battery and used, so that efficiency can be increased, and, when the battery is fully charged with the power generated by the fuel cell, the output of the fuel cell can be lowered to reduce fuel consumption so that a sailing distance can be maximized.
