Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to compensate for the difference in threshold voltage between a plurality of switching elements mounted in a power module. In the present invention, the aforementioned problem is solved by mounting a switching element having a higher threshold voltage than another switching element at a position at which a higher temperature is reached during operation than at the position at which the other switching element is mounted. This additionally makes it possible to provide a high-performance electrical power conversion device and a high-performance driving device for a vehicle.
