Abstract:
A power semiconductor device according to this disclosure includes: a lead frame; a switching element provided on the lead frame; a first thermosensor for detecting the temperature of the switching element; a control circuit provided on the lead frame; and a second thermosensor for detecting the temperature of the control circuit. The control circuit reduces an electric current flowing through the switching element when a difference between a first temperature of the switching element detected by the first thermosensor and a second temperature of the control circuit detected by the second thermosensor becomes greater than a predetermined difference threshold.
