Abstract:
A power solid-state transformer module, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: an AC-DC active front end (AFE) rectifier for converting inputted low-frequency high-voltage AC into DC; and a dual active bridge (DAB) converter connected to the AFE rectifier and carrying out DC-DC conversion. The AFE rectifier comprises: a three-level half-bridge for converting the DC converted in the AFE rectifier into high-frequency AC; a transformation unit for receiving the converted high-frequency AC at a primary side and transforming same into low-voltage AC at a secondary side; and a two-level full-bridge for converting the low-voltage AC into DC.
