The balance circuit board has: heat-generating elements (1121) provided in each of the plurality of battery cells and connected to the corresponding battery cell; and a first temperature sensor arranged in an area sandwiched between heat-generating elements positioned at both ends thereof, in the arrangement direction of the plurality of heat-generating elements (1121).
