Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a current detection unit that constantly detects a current value of AC power supplied to a load device; a storage unit that stores, in advance, a plurality of current values detected by the current detection unit during a predetermined monitoring period; and a control unit that sets, on the basis of the plurality of current values stored in the storage unit, a fluctuation range indicating an upper limit and a lower limit of a fluctuation of the current values supplied to the load device, determines, using the set fluctuation range, whether or not the current value detected by the current detection unit is within the fluctuation range, and generates an abnormality notification to notify of determination that abnormality occurs in the load device, when the current value detected by the current detection unit falls beyond the fluctuation range during a predetermined period due to an operation of the load device.
