Abstract:
This power supply circuit is configured to generate an output voltage from an input voltage. The power supply circuit includes: an error amplifier which is configured to output an error voltage corresponding to the deviation between a reference voltage and a voltage based on the output voltage; a driver which is configured to drive a switching element or an output transistor on the basis of the error voltage; and a phase compensation circuit which is connected to an output terminal of the error amplifier. The phase compensation circuit is configured such that, when the ambient temperature of the power supply circuit is less than or equal to a threshold, the resistance value of the phase compensation circuit is smaller than when the ambient temperature of the power supply circuit is greater than the threshold.
