Abstract:
In this power supply control device (10), the supply of power is controlled through a switch circuit (2) and a relay contact (30). In case where semiconductor switches (20a, 20b) are ON and a relay contact (30) is OFF, if the switch temperature of the switch circuit (2) is at a relay-on threshold value or greater, the relay contact (30) is switched to ON, and the semiconductor switches (20a, 20b) are switched to OFF. In cases where the semiconductor switches (20a, 20b) are OFF and the relay contact (30) is ON, if the switch temperature of the switch circuit (2) is below a relay-OFF threshold value, the semiconductor switches (20a, 20b) are switched to ON and the relay contact (30) is switched to OFF. The relay-off threshold value is equal to the relay-on threshold value or greater.
