Abstract:
Provided is a power supply control device (10) in which each of a first semiconductor switch (20) and a second semiconductor switch (30) switch on when a gate voltage is equal to or greater than an on threshold value and switch off when the gate voltage is less than an off threshold value. A resistor (R1) is connected between the source and the gate of the first semiconductor switch (20). A diode (D2) is connected between the gates of the first semiconductor switch (20) and the second semiconductor switch (30). A drive unit (31) adjusts the gate voltage of the second semiconductor switch (30), switches the first semiconductor switch (20) and the second semiconductor switch (30) on or off, and controls the supply of power by way of the second semiconductor switch (30).
