Abstract:
The present invention relates to a power supply device. The power supply device, according to the present invention, comprises: an inverter for converting a direct current power into an alternating current power; an impedance matching circuit for supplying the alternating current power to a load; and a controller for detecting a delay time in an output voltage and output current outputted to the impedance matching circuit and the load, and controlling the frequency of the output voltage according to the detected delay time.
