The present invention relates to a power supply device for supplying power to a plurality of carts, a cart, and a method for charging same. The power supply device for supplying power to a plurality of carts according to one embodiment of the present invention controls charging of the carts by calculating allocated charging amounts of the carts on the basis of the priority of the carts.
