Abstract:
In order to block current from flowing from another power supply unit to the path of one power supply unit in which a fault has occurred, a power supply device (1) is equipped with: a first conduction path (31) serving as a path for power between a first power supply unit (91) and a load (94); a second conduction path (32) connected to the first conduction path (31) and a second power supply unit (92); a first switch unit (34) that is provided between the first power supply unit (91) and a connection section (33) in the first conduction path (31), and that switches between a non-conducting state in which the flow of current is blocked in both directions, and a conducting state in which current flows; a second switch unit (35) that is provided between the connection section (33) and the second power supply unit (92) in the second conduction path (32), and that switches between a non-conducting state in which the flow of current is blocked in both directions, and a conducting state in which current flows; and a control unit (39) that controls the switching of the first switch unit (34) and the second switch unit (35).
