Abstract:
The present invention stabilizes the output voltage to a prescribed target voltage using a charge pump circuit. This power supply device comprises: a first voltage dividing unit that is disposed between an output line to which an output voltage is applied and a feedback line, and that generates a first divided voltage according to the output voltage; and a second voltage dividing unit that is disposed between the feedback line and a ground, and that generates a second divided voltage according to the output voltage. A voltage is generated in the feedback line as a feedback voltage which is lower than the output voltage only by the first divided voltage. The second voltage dividing unit has a specific transistor of an N-channel type having a gate that receives a reference voltage and a drain connected to the feedback line.
