Abstract:
The present invention comprises: an input terminal configured to receive an input voltage; an output terminal configured to apply an output voltage; a power supply terminal configured to receive a power supply voltage; an output transistor provided between the power supply terminal and the output terminal; a level shifter configured to generate two comparison voltages by level shifting the input voltage and the output voltage to the low-potential side; and an amplifier circuit configured to control the state of the output transistor on the basis of the high-low relationship of the two comparison voltages.
