Abstract:
A power supply noise measuring circuit, a working method, a jitter limiting circuit and an electronic device, relating to the technical field of integrated circuits, and used for measuring, by means of using low-cost and low-power-consumption technical means, clock jitters caused by power supply noise. The power supply noise measuring circuit can be applied to, for example, a jitter limiting circuit. The power supply noise measuring circuit comprises: a first data generation link (20), used for working under a noise power supply voltage to output noise signals, and also used for working under a noise reduction power supply voltage to output noise reduction signals, the noise reduction signals comprising, for example, a first noise reduction signal and a second noise reduction signal; a sampling comparison circuit (30), used for performing sampling comparison on the phase of the noise signals output by the first data generation link (20) and the phase of the noise reduction signals output by the first data generation link (20); and a logic processor (40), used for performing logic processing on the sampling comparison result of the sampling comparison circuit (30) and outputting a processing result, the processing result representing a jitter lead or a jitter lag.
