Abstract:
The present invention provides a simple configuration which is capable of supplying power to a conductor that is between a pair of dielectric plates. Provided is a power supply structure comprising: a first dielectric plate; a second dielectric plate facing the first dielectric plate; an intermediate film disposed between the first dielectric plate and the second dielectric plate; a conductor disposed between the first dielectric plate and the second dielectric plate; a power supply part disposed on the opposite side from the first dielectric plate with respect to the intermediate film and sandwiching, with the conductor, part of the intermediate film and/or part of the second dielectric plate; and a first transmission line connected to the power supply part, wherein the power supply part electromagnetically couples to the conductor with a gap smaller than the thickness of the first dielectric plate.
