Abstract:

A power supply system according to one embodiment has a plurality of power conversion devices, an acquisition unit, and a search instruction generation unit. The power conversion devices convert power generated by a power generation device into another type of power. The acquisition unit acquires information pertaining to the power outputted by the plurality of conversion devices. The search instruction generation unit refers to the information acquired by the acquisition unit, generates an operating point search instruction, and outputs the same to a power conversion device among the plurality of power conversion devices that exhibits a ratio of output power to reference power that is lower than that of the other power conversion devices by a prescribed amount or more. The reference power is set for each power conversion device on the basis of the maximum output power or the rated power of the corresponding power generation device, or on the basis of the maximum output power or the rated power of the power conversion device itself.
