Abstract:
Provided is a power supply unit for an aerosol generating device, the power supply unit preventing sensor failure during production and improving production yield. A power supply unit 100 comprises: a power source ba; an inhalation sensor 15 capable of producing an output according to inhalation of a user; an MCU 6 configured to control power supply to a liquid heater that vaporizes an aerosol source on the basis of the output of the inhalation sensor 15; a puff sensor substrate 21 on which the inhalation sensor 15 is mounted; a case 3a that accommodates the power source ba, the inhalation sensor 15, the MCU 6, and the puff sensor substrate 21; and a sensor holding portion 55 into which the inhalation sensor 15 is inserted and that fixes the position of the inhalation sensor 15 in the case 3a. The inhalation sensor 15 protrudes from the puff sensor substrate 21 in a plan view seen in the thickness direction of the puff sensor substrate 21.
